“We are daily bombarded with new information as to the nature of reality. If we are to incorporate this information, we must continually revise our maps, and sometimes when enough new information has accumulated, we must make very major revisions.”

Workshop at Community Club

- The art of storytelling is to engage audience into the presentation. My first time directly listening to Jack’s talk that truly allured everyone into the imagination about the power of art, the connection of present with future, his dream and the audience’s contexts.

- Be organized and detailed in cases with the involvement of others. Never take it for granted or ignore small steps. A life is created by different journeys. A journey is created by different steps. A current self is created by a series of decisions. A good outcome is created by many baby things!

- Be empathetic with others. The key point to understand ourselves and others. Never try to guide others as the way we want them to do meanwhile we have Zero related experience.

- Be genuine with our true feelings for the best outcome.

This genuity was first interpreted as “being open” to welcome diverse perspective of people. As entrepreneurs, their role is to consider the diversity & complex of problems however strong our desire to help can be, we are not allow to force others to follow the way we want them to be. There is a need for constant adaptation to meet the need of the customers.

Actually, this is a mindset to be genuine with everything we do. To have feedback of those who experience the products or to understand them, step into their shoes and be genuine with our feelings and with our true experience. We might want to help them out but don’t we know they want to receive help? You are lying to the fact that you don’t know what you don’t know.

“The more clearly we see the reality of the world, the better equipped we are to deal with the world. The less clearly we see the reality of the world- the more our minds are befuddled by falsehood, misperceptions and illusions- the less able we will be to determine correct courses of action and make wise decisions”
